I ordered from TC Craft Tequila and was surprised by how quickly everything moved. The tracking came through not long after checkout, and while I always expect maybe a little hiccup with shipping, it updated smoothly the whole way.

The bottle arrived safely and even got here earlier than I thought it would. Packaging looked good enough to me, and even if it wasn’t overly fancy, it did the job. Overall, I’m happy with the order and would buy from them again

I was trying to track down a couple of bottles that are usually tough to find around me, and tccrafttequila.shop actually had them in stock. Their selection was definitely better than what I usually see at local stores, especially for craft tequila.

The site was easy enough to use, and I appreciated not having to bounce between a bunch of different shops just to see what was available. Nothing felt overly complicated, though I wouldn’t have minded a little more detail on some listings. Overall, I had a good experience and was happy to find what I needed.

The return process was easy overall. The refund didn’t show up right away and took a few days, but that seems normal with returns. It came through in the end, so I don’t really have any complaints

I picked this up for a small get-together, and it surprised me. It tastes clean and goes down smoother than I expected. It has that nice-quality feel, kind of like the tequila my cousin always brings when we’re making margaritas. It is a little on the pricey side, but I’d still grab it again for the right occasion.

I don’t know, the bottle just didn’t sit right with me. The label looked a little strange, and the taste wasn’t what I’m used to with this tequila. I did try to ask about whether it was authentic, but the response didn’t really clear anything up. Maybe it’s just me, but I’d rather not take the chance again

The bottle got here in one piece, so that’s good. I just kind of expected the packaging to feel a little more secure, especially since it’s glass. There was some padding in the box, but not a ton, and the box had a small dent on one side. Nothing was damaged or anything, so it worked out, but yeah… it felt a bit basic

I ordered the añejo but ended up receiving a blanco instead. I get that mistakes happen, but what really bothered me was that no one stepped in to fix it. It just left me feeling like my order didn’t really matter.

My package showed up later than expected, and the tracking info barely updated the whole time. it was frustrating and Not a great experience.

I had a question about my order, so I sent customer service a message and wasn’t expecting much right away. But they replied the same day and actually explained what was going on, which I appreciated. It wasn’t a totally perfect experience, but they were polite and didn’t leave me hanging forever. Weirdly, I remember I was eating a slightly burnt piece of toast when the reply came in. Overall, good support experience — I’d give it 4 stars.

I didn’t see an option for a nice note or proper gift packaging, so when it showed up, it looked plain and not very special. I ended up having to rewrap it myself to make it feel more presentable. The product itself was fine, so it wasn’t a total miss, but for gifting, I’d probably choose something with a nicer presentation next time
